This Mini Darbar Sahib kit contains the Harimandir Sahib and the Akal Takht, representing Sikhi's Spiritual and Political centers. The Harimandar Sahib is the heart of the Sikh nation. Like a lotus flower, it springs forth from the Amrit Sarovar, a palace of the Guru’s Divine words. The Akal Takht literally translates to the "Throne of the Infinite Divine", as established by Guru Nanak Sahib in Sikhi. Guru Hargobind Sahib built its physical form in 1604. It is from the Akal Takht that the Gurus wielded their social, political,military and judicial authority.
